10. Payment
10.1. Terms of payment
You will be charged for using the App's features and services. The conditions and cost of services for using the Application will be indicated in the relevant section of the Application or on the official website of the Company. The User agrees to pay all fees in accordance with the terms and conditions specified at the time of payment. All prices include VAT.
10.2. Trial period
After registration, all new users are entitled to free service for the first three months. During this period, there is no charge for using the Application.
10.3. Payment methods
A self-employed person can pay bills for using the Application directly in the Application. Users of Apple products can make payments through ApplePay In-App Purchase, and Android users - through LiqPay. Payment invoices will be sent to the Company-User by message to the phone number specified during registration.
If the Company-User or Self-Employed Person does not pay the bill, a reminder message will be sent in the Appendix. If the bill is still not paid, the Company reserves the right to block access to the Application.
10.4. Refunds
In case of any questions regarding the refund, the User should contact the Company's support service via e-mail [email protected]. Refunds are made in accordance with the refund conditions specified in the relevant section of the Appendix or on the Company's official website.

The user is responsible for paying all taxes and other fees related to the use of paid services of the Application, in accordance with the current legislation. The Company is not responsible for any taxes that may be applied to payments made by the User.
10.6. Security of payments
The company implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of payments, including the encryption of financial data and the use of secure payment systems. The Company is not responsible for any losses or damages arising in connection with unauthorized access to the User's financial data.
11. Termination of access
11.1. Right to Terminate Access
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the User's access to the Application at any time, without prior notice, if the User violates these Terms or current legislation.
In the event of non-payment of invoices in accordance with clause 10.3, the Company will first send a reminder notice. If after that the bill is still not paid, the Company reserves the right to block access to Easy Point.
11.2. User actions in case of termination of access
In case of termination of access, the User undertakes to immediately stop using the Application. All rights and licenses granted to the User under these Terms will be automatically terminated.
11.3. Termination at the User's initiative
The User has the right to stop using the Application and delete his account at any time. To do this, the User can go to his profile and click on the "Delete application" icon to automatically send a request for deletion.
11.4. Consequences of termination of access
Upon termination of access, regardless of the reason, the Company shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising in connection with such termination. All provisions of these Terms, which by their nature should survive termination of access, shall survive termination, including but not limited to intellectual property, disclaimer and limitation of liability provisions.

The Company reserves the right to retain and use any User data collected prior to termination of access in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
